Hello everybody I've tought that i can make a new topic about me. I don't know is it correct section, cause I am using google translator. I have competed in IFBB polish championships and was 2nd, than qualificated to ifbb world championships but 2 weeks befor unfortunately i have had leg's contusion so i couldn't compete. Now I have been preparing to UKFBB Birmingham competition in 2013, and then maybe UKFBB finals. I don't wanna compete in Poland again.

Few of my pics. 2008 I was 20yo. 87kgs/179,5cm. I was dried but left some fat. I wanna weight 100kg on stage in Birmingham so +13kgs. Now i came back to bodybuilding and is 109kg on the scale.
Maybe here i will find some helpful info and people. Cheers.

cheers mate! 4 weeks before sweets won with my will-power it was my debut, but now i will try to prepare better. 6 months before I am going to go to Birmingham to talk to Dorian, maybe he will help

Thank you very much. I will try to prepare to this competition. 118-120kg is possible to May so if i compete there will be 100kg on the stage. Hope see you at Championships I'll do my best to compete

Very impressive physique- perhaps you can share with our fellow forum members how you train, eat...and how you prepare for a comptetition.

offseason diet is nothing special just simply food sometimes i change type of meat and rice for pasta
9:00  omelet
7 egs, 125g flour class 2000,  some nuts

11:30
300g chicken breast, 125g rice, 30ml olive oil

12:00 WORKOUT

13:30
70g carbs after workout

14:00
300g chicken breast, 125g rice, 30ml olive oil

17:00

300g chicken breast, 125g rice, 30ml olive oil

20.00
300g chicken breast, 125g rice, 30ml olive oil

22:00
60g protein shake


TOTAL
360g protein
550g carbs
150g fat

5000kcal

i am going to add 150-300g of protein-carb shake per day. so will be about 6000kcal
i came back to bodybuilding 5 weeks ago with 97kgs, 111 Kgs today.

of course usually eat 30-60 min before workout if this time is longer i am hungry at the gym. Got just problems with after workout meal. Sometimes need more time.
